Porthole to the Past

As a part of Canadian Heritage week celebrations, Porthole to the Past is an annual event that is free to all members of the public and is hosted by:

  • Gravenhurst Municipal Heritage Committee
  • Town Library Archives Committee
  • Archive Committee of the Muskoka Boat and Heritage Centre

Event Details

The event is held at the Muskoka Boat and Heritage Centre and features special guests who share stories about a particular theme. The Gravenhurst Archives are opened and displays are available for visitors. Lunch is also available at the museum.

In 2015, the event will be held on Saturday February 14th. The theme for this year is 'Celebrating the Future... With Our Past.' View the 2015 Program Guide (PDF) for more infomation.
