All Boards and Committees of the municipality are governed by the same legislation (Municipal Act, Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.) and municipal by-laws, policies, and programs (Procedural by-laws, communications handbook, Code of Conduct etc.).
