Please separate your recyclable material by using two separate blue boxes. One box for fibres (paper products) and the other for containers (metal, plastic, glass, etc.).

Residential Limit: Unlimited Curbside Recycling & No Cost Landfill/Transfer Station Drop Off.

Commercial Limit: Curbside Limit of Four (4) Blue Boxes

Fibers - Paper Products

  • Newspaper (Advertising Inserts & Glossy Flyers)
  • Magazines & Catalogues (Telephone Books & Soft Cover Books)
  • Boxboard (Cereal, Detergent, Tissue Boxes, Paper Tubes)
  • Paper Products (Egg Cartons & Drink Trays)
  • Mixed Paper (Junk Mail, Writing Paper, Envelopes)
  • Corrugated Cardboard (Break Down & Bundle - Max size 100cm x 100cm x 20cm
  • Textiles/Fabric (Secure in a clear plastic bag, remove buttons and zippers)
  • Tetra Paks & Cartons (Milk & Juice Cartons, Juice Boxes & Tetra Paks)

 

Containers - Metal, Glass Plastic, etc.

  • Metal Cans (Soup, Tuna, Soda Cans, Dry Empty Paint Cans, etc.)
  • Glass Bottles & Jars (Clear & Coloured Glass (No light bulbs or ceramics))
  • Plastic Bottles (Milk Jugs, Fabric Softener, Windshield Washer, etc.)
  • Mixed Plastics (Plastic Tubes, Yogurt, Ketchup, Peanut Butter, etc.)
  • Plastic Film (Secure in a plastic shopping bag and place in Blue Box)
  • Aluminum Trays & Foil
  • Styrofoam (Clean Meat Trays, Bakery Trays, Foam Cups

 

Sorted recyclables in clear bags are accepted.
