Recently an article ran in What's Up Gravenhurst outlining in the new Disability tax Credit from the Canada Revenue Agency.  A 30 page booklet outlining the area where people with Disabilities can claim, the amounts and circumstances can be found here.

Additionally the article, written by Karen Wehrstein, highlighted that this tax credit is retroactive to 10 years and is available to people who are either markedly or significantly disabled.   An original copy of the Article is available here.
