Long Term Docking at Muskoka Wharf PDF Print E-mail

TAKE NOTICE:
Leased Muskoka Wharf dock slips are being offered based on demand.  Anyone interested must express an interest by the submission of a completed License Agreement and one half of the applicable license fee plus applicable taxes.

 

Please note, these dock slips will only be offered if there is enough interest to warrant the construction of additional docks.

 

Two types of licenses will be offered:  a one-season term at the rate of $1900.40 plus applicable taxes and a ten-season term at the rate of $15,836.30 plus applicable taxes.  These fees are based on a 22’ boat slip.  The deadline for expressions of interest is Friday, March 5, 2010.

Please note that currently GST is the only tax applied to these terms, however this will change July 1, 2010 with the introduction of the HST.  For more information on the HST please click here.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION:
A copy of the Policy, the Muskoka Wharf Boat Slip License Agreement and the Muskoka Wharf User Fees and Service Charges are posted for your review. 

 

Please note, the attached Policy is currently under review, with the exception of the Priority System.

 

The Town will contact each applicant by email within 30 days following the submission deadline, in order to confirm their License status.  Please provide your email address on the License Agreement.
