Muskoka Wharf Marina Season Closing Labour Day

Gravenhurst, ON – After a successful and busy season, the Muskoka Wharf Marina located at 295 Steamship Bay will close for the season on Labour Day (Monday September 5, at 5:00 p.m.).

Thank you to the Wharf On-site Service Team including Calvin and Ben for their great service this summer!

Cinema Under The Stars - Cancelled August 25

Tonight’s Cinema Under the Stars is cancelled at Gull Lake Rotary Park due to impending rain. 

What a great summer! We made it through 7 fantastic films without challenge but unfortunately with the current forecast, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s showing of “The Lion King (2019)”.

Thanks to everyone who attended for the first time or those returning to enjoy a film lake-side together in the community. We will see everyone next year when we return with another line-up of exciting...

Muskoka Bay Park - Swim Advisory August 25

Gravenhurst, ON – Based on beach water samples collected on August 24, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is recommending that Muskoka Bay Park (700 Muskoka Rd. 169) be posted with a swim advisory.

The geometric mean of samples collected from the beach was 312 E. coli per 100 mL which exceeds the provincial standard of 200 E. coli per 100 mL.
