The Muskoka Forest Fire Danger Rating is now set to EXTREME.

TheMuskoka Fire Chiefs have issued a TOTAL FIRE BAN for the District of Muskoka. This means no campfires, no burning of brush, no open flame (i.e. chimneas) and no fireworks.

The total fire ban is enforced in every area of the municipality including campgrounds.
