Compost Giveaway Returns April 22

Gravenhurst, ON – The popular ‘Compost Giveaway’ returns to Gravenhurst on Earth Day, Friday, April 22.

The free compost will be available for pick-up beginning at 10:00 AM at the Muskoka Wharf, 150 Steamship Bay Rd. (Municipal Parking Lot 22), until quantities last. Please bring your own shovels, buckets, and containers. No private contractors please.

This nutrient-rich compost is made in Muskoka - from leaf, yard waste and green bin organics.

Town Seeking Input to Help Improve Labour Inadequacies

Gravenhurst, ON – The Town of Gravenhurst’s Economic Development Team has contracted Sutherland HR Consulting Inc., to undertake a Wage Survey covering four key industries: Skilled Trades and Construction, Hospitality and Tourism, Healthcare, and Retail.
