Epilogue:  End of Life Care Planning - Monday, April 17th at 11am

Many of us don't feel comfortable discussing the end of our lives, which is why we are often not prepared when the time comes.  It is to everyone's advantage to discuss plans and preferences regarding death.  The goal of this series of programs is to help attendees and their loved ones ease concerns by learning how to properly plan.

Arlene Belanger - End of Life Doula

Let's begin with a discussion about death and build from there. Join Arlene, who is a practicing End of Life Doula and whose passion is learning and the ability to facilitate discussions regarding "What quality end of life care looks life for you."

When:  Monday, April 17th at 11am
