We have a cash only bar that is open one hour prior to show time, and at intermission. We serve wine by the glass and bottle, domestic and craft beers, coolers, and mixed drinks. Concessions, as well as hot and cold refreshments, are also available.

Coat Check
Our theatre does not have a coat check. We do however have a spot for you to hang your jacket if you wish. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Parking
On-street parking is free and available on all town streets where marked. There is a 3 hour limit from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday. There is also a parking lot behind the Opera House, at the Public Library (on John Street South) that is free with no time limit.

Dress Code
There is no dress code enforced in our theatre, we welcome casual attire.

Accessibility and Listening Devices
We are a fully accessible facility with an in-theatre dedicated wheelchair seating area (aisles A and B on either side), assisted hearing devices, designated restroom, and an elevator to theatre and stage levels.

Groups
Ask about our year-round group rates and other discounts. Bus tours and large groups are always welcome but we ask that you please let us know prior to your arrival so that we are prepared. We offer group discounts to parties of 10 or more for productions that are ours. Please email Kelly Hamilton for rates.

Seating
View our seating chart. We have 19 rows of seating, totalling 320 seats. Every seat really is a good seat! We also offer wider seats in every other aisle (middle section only) to those that want a little extra wiggle room to stretch out.

Babes in Arms
There is a 'no babes in arms' policy. Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance as per the Fire Marshall. All patrons who enter the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Discounts
During Summer Theatre, if you pay property taxes to the Town of Gravenhurst then you qualify for our ‘Show Us You're Local' discount program! Simply bring an article of mail with you to our Box Office for proof of residence and enjoy 2 for 1 ticket pricing to any mid-week Summer Theatre production. Only applicable toward performances on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Temperature Control
Even though the Opera House was built in 1901, we have done many upgrades over the years, and that includes new furnace and air systems, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
