We are proud to belong to a highly trained fire department. We train in all areas of firefighting including hose line advancement, self-contained breathing apparatus, fire attack and learn many other firefighting skills.

Are you eligible?
To be a part-time firefighter you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Live in the Town of Gravenhurst or surrounding area
Have 24 hour transportation available
Be in good health: a pre-employment medical screening form signed by a nurse practitioner or doctor must be provided
Provide a clean Vulnerable Sector criminal background check
