Main Street Cafe Lease

Food & Beverage Services at the Gravenhurst Centennial Centre, Main Street Café

The Town of Gravenhurst is seeking proposals from qualified food and beverage vendors who would provide a variety of food & beverage items at the Main Street Café at the Gravenhurst Centennial Centre. A variety of snack and light meal options with healthy choices must be incorporated. The successful vendor will enter into a Lease Agreement with the Town for a two (2) year period with the opportunity to renew.  The space will be available for lease commencing August 8, 2023. 

The Centennial Centre project was completed in November 2012. The project entailed the renovation and expansion of arena change rooms and the new Terry Fox Auditorium complete with a commercial kitchen. In addition, a new YMCA wellness centre was built complete with a leisure pool, lap pool, gymnasium, conditioning centre, fitness studios, child minding room and change rooms.

The Gravenhurst Centennial Centre & YMCA operate yearly with fluctuating usage by season.    The proposal should take into consideration the fluctuating usage by season within the facility. Please inquire for further details. 

The current design includes a dedicated space of 198 square feet in the prime location in the Main Street entrance area. The space accommodates elements consistent with a café shop.
