Designed for energetic kids, this program encourages physical fitness through playful challenges that build strength, agility, and coordination. Ages 6-8.

Dive into the world of tumbling and acrobatics! Participants will learn foundational acrobatic holds and work together on a choreographed team routine, building strength, coordination, and flexibility along the way. Ages 6-8.

A high-energy, 45-minute fitness program designed to make exercise fun, effective, and uplifting using trampoline-based movements. Ages 18+

A dynamic, full-body exercise program that combines outdoor-walking with the use of poles to enhance your workout. If the weather is not suitable, we will move inside to walk around the arena. Ages 18+

Get ready to dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge! Whether you are familiar with the 5 D's of dodgeball or not, this classic game is a hit for those who are looking to be active, have fun and meet new people. Ages 19+.
