New art display features work by Sara West

The Town of Gravenhurst and the Muskoka Discovery Centre are pleased to announce there is a new display of artwork at the municipal office (3-5 Pineridge Gate).

The new display features paintings by Sara West.

West’s work is hanging in the council chambers. 

The display is viewable during committee meetings and council meetings. 

West has been creating art since the 1990s. She works in a variety of mediums, including painting and sculpting. 

West has a studio in Milford Bay and is a member of Discover Arts Muskoka: Gallery and Gifts in Gravenhurst, and the Annex in Bracebridge.

The Town of Gravenhurst’s Public Art Advisory Committee spearheads the art showcase project at the municipal office. The Muskoka Discovery Centre sources the work on display.
