Notice - Shore Road Allowance Sale - Bearpaw Lake

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows:

That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Part of Lot 5, Concession 13, Geographic Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 Plan 35R-27603

AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Part of Lot 5, Concession 13, Geographic Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 Plan 35R-27603

THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, July 28th , 2026, at 3:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Written submissions concerning the application may be directed to the address below.
