Notice - Shore Road Allowance Sale-Riley Lake-Ouellette

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows:

That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 22, Concession 3, geographic Township of Ryde, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-28078 (Riley Lake)

AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 22, Concession 3, geographic Township of Ryde, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-28078 (Riley Lake)

THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 3:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Members of the Public are strongly encouraged to make written submissions concerning the application prior to the Public meeting, directed to the address below.
