Notice - Shore Road Allowance Sale -Severn River

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows:

That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot K, Concession 20, now in front of Lot 12, Registered Plan M392, Geographic Township of Wood, designated as Part 1, Plan 35R28021; Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka (Severn River)

AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 12, Registered Plan M392, Geographic Township of Wood, designated as Part 1, Plan 35R28021; Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka to the adjoining owners of them.

THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 3:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Written submissions concerning the application may be directed to the address below.
