Reach us during the Canada Post labour dispute

Canada Post is warning of possible service delays due to a labour dispute with workers. In light of the situation, the town is reminding people there are other ways to reach us.

Need to provide us with documents or other information you would normally send by mail? 

  • E-mail us the information. Our general e-mail is info@gravenhurst.ca or see our contact directory.
  • Visit the municipal office (regular business hours are 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Monday to Friday).
  • Municipal office drop box (please don’t leave cash).
  • Private courier.

Property tax payment options

  • Pay online.
  • Pay at the bank.
  • Pay in-person at the municipal office, 3-5 Pineridge Gate (regular business hours are 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Monday to Friday).
  • Pay using our municipal office drop box (please don’t leave cash).

Parking tickets and Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) payment options

  • Pay online.
  • Pay in-person at the municipal office, 3-5 Pineridge Gate (regular business hours are 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Monday to Friday).
  • Pay by calling into our Finance Department. Telephone 705-687-3412.
  • Pay using our municipal office drop box (please don’t leave cash).

Statutory notice information

Due to the potential for delays in Canada Post mail delivery, the Town of Gravenhurst will be posting all planning-related notices on its website in June and will continue to mail notices as required. If you have any questions, please contact us at 705-687-3412.
