Asset Management
The Town developed an Asset Management Plan (AMP) in 2017 to determine the state of our assets, including roads, bridges, buildings and sidewalks. The plan has since been updated, with the most recent Asset Management Plan completed in 2025
The AMP, along with the other documents below, helps guide our budget development process to ensure our assets are replaced in a timely manner.
